• Responsible for Purchases of Bank’s day today needs including Office equipment, Furniture, M&E Equipment.
• Control and maintain all types of Maintenance & Purchase Agreements, including IT Systems & Equipment, Security and Fire alarm systems, Air Conditioners, M&E installations in the Head Office.) Of the Bank.
• Review the Projects and recommend to the Management for approval.
• Studying the possibility of reducing the operational cost
• Visit branches and review the operational requirement, attend customers along with branch Managers.
• Evaluate tender bids & negotiate with vendors for better price / quality.
