Compiled a dissertation on the topic of “Work-life Balance of women in Universities in UK” and secured a distinction in the same. 2. Compiled a CIPD PORTFOLIO which includes a Management research report on a business issue, personal development plan, skills learnt and 100 hours learning log. 3.
