1. Support and satisfy the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.
2. Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken
within area of responsibility.
3. Ensure that full assessment of the inherent risks associated with all offshore construction activities is taken and that the necessary measures and steps are taken to eliminate or mitigate such risks prior to implementation phases.
4. Take the lead in the offshore workpack reviews ensuring that safety and constructability issues are given full consideration and ensure the quality of content of work packs; advising on the the supervision, manpower and equipment requirements (both contract and offshore resource) for each work package and ensure these are notified in good time to the onshore support team.
5. Ensures quality of work through adherence to standards and procedures and
sound technical work practices.
6. Liaise with the onshore engineering and planning team to develop accurate and realistic implementation and resourcing schedules for inclusion in Inter
7. Provide daily/weekly progress updates or technical reports as required by
management.
8. Manage in conjunction with the planning group accurate planning to guarantee adequate skills and resources are always in place to ensure that Business objectives are achieved.
9. Work closely with the Logistics/ Operations teams to facilitate the mobilisation/de-mobilisation of the necessary manpower, materials and equipment in an efficient manner.
10. Supervise and co-ordinate Campaign Maintenance activities as required
(refurbishment/ painting programs etc)
11. Ensure that the Offshore Operations personnel are fully informed, and

6. Protect yourself against a fall when working at height.
7. Do not work under suspended load.
8. Do not smoke outside designated areas.
9. No alcohol or drug while working or driving.
10. While driving, do not use phone and do not exceed speed limit.
11. Wear your safety belt.
12. Follow prescribed journey management plan.

- Responsible for safety and quality of work performed within the construction

- Joint Permit to Work meeting for observes and advice to priority works and prevent clashing task at the same area.
- Working closely with HSE team during construction activity.
- Respond as a First Aid Team for project team.
Construction.
- To Plan, Manage and supervise fabrication and construction structure activity.
- Random check for lifting gear and lifting equipment, make sure its was safe and valid during operation as per safety operation procedure.
- Monitor structure construction activity.
- Review Heavy Lift JHA. ( Job Hazard Analysis)
-Review Lifting Procedure.
- Attend weekly construction meeting.
-Follow up ER (Engineering Revision) and DCN (Design Changing Note) to be
performing / complete at site by contractor. Also return ER/DCN to Engineering
Department IF same commented issue by site team. Advice engineering team for any changing related with material, clashing and suit at site scenario.
-Update the progress status to Construction Engineer.
-Working close with planning department for make sure construction activity
base on track.
-Advice contractor to focus priority item and assist them to complete on time.
-Review MTO (Material Take Off) issue by contractor and engineering
department.
-Advice Construction Engineer for resolve any issue related with construction at site.
-Prepares/reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction
progress, job manpower forecasts.
-Responsible for the implementation of project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
-Ensures all safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
- On site for Heavy Lift Activity - make sure all safety rule and release note done as per specification.
- Preparation Pre Load out activity.
- Review drawing related with load out preparation, weighing and skidding.
-Advice engineering design to match with site requirement.
