Responsibilities as Procurement Coordinator
• Managing QA/QC & NDT inventories encompassing equipment & accessories, chemicals, equipment calibration, stationery and materials based on project requirements.
• Generating/ updating status reports using SPORTS (inventory software for raising requisitions) for QC & NDT equipments, project consumables, stationery, personnel protective equipment, calibration of QC and NDT inspection equipment).
• Maintaining updated documentation of requisition copies, delivery notes, material batch certificates, calibration certificates, MSDS in compliance to organizational documentation standards.
• Interacting with buyers & expeditors to ensure compliance to delivery schedules for materials ordered.
• Liaising with vendors for calibration of equipment to align with agreement items.
• Collaborating with projects expeditors for retrieval of import documents from vendors for processing of import clearance of dangerous goods (Radioactive material)from local government authorities like Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, FANR, JAFZA etc.
• Preparing budget for materials to obtain cost approval from various project cost controllers / Managers.
Following up with various project managers for obtaining requisition approval in SPORTS.
• Facilitating review of quotes by Department Manager & technical experts prior to following up with buyer for release of purchase order.
• Involved in drafting/ approval of MCC (Milestone completion certificate) prior to hand over to Accounts.
• Coordinating with the Warehouse Department to ensure smooth movement of various QC & NDT equipment and consumables with regards to offshore/ onshore activities.
• Liaising with Logistics personnel for preparing the relevant documents & clearance through Shipping / courier companies pertaining to the Import & export of QAQC materials.
• Getting feedback from the QA/QC stores in charge about the existing inventory status for replenishing all types of QA/QC inventories on time.

Responsibilities as Senior Administrator
• Maintained updated QC/ NDT reports in the QAQC software/ application. Liaising with QC Inspectors and NDT technicians in ensuring compliance to report delivery schedules/ other SLA parameters.
• Participated in compilation of certification packages, NDT reports, Visual reports, Copies of PWHT reports, Material certificates, Painting reports, Release forms etc.
• Coordinated activities related to consolidation of weekly/ monthly data related to Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Quality Indicator (QI).
• Collaborated with the Training Department in maintenance of training schedules and organizing training sessions for NDT personnel.
• Managed various administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of project operations; maintained KRONOS for all the offshore / onshore personnel.
• Liaised with the HR and IT department pertaining to personnel and system requirements.
