Volume & Net Sales Revenue (NSR):
➢To ensure secondary pack wise volume & NSR targets achievement & forecasting. Availability Expansion:
➢To ensure new outlets are created and retained as per target and area potential. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
➢To analyse SFE KPI' s for improvement, data cleansing, validation and updating on regular basis. In Outlet Execution:
➢To ensure daily in-outlet execution is carried out by his team as per Picture Of Success (PicOS) & Right Execution Daily (RED) criteria. And also ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed in area. Competitor Intelligence:
➢To monitor & report competitor activity in assigned area, Equipment Management:
➢To ensure & supervise company assets ( coolers, glass, shell, signage, outlet activation material etc.) are properly injected and optimal utilized in market. Account Management / Customer Relationship:
➢To ensure customer collaboration & relationship for loyalty with company, customer' s timely complaint handling & update fact sheet of every customer. Distribution Management:
➢Responsible for advance ordering, settle receivables & stock management. People / Team Management:
➢Responsible for training & development of Pre Sell Officers (PSOs) & Sales Delivery Men (SDM). New System:
➢Responsible for implementation of new system related initiatives.
