Roles and Responsibilities
Successfully carrying the below tasks in Machine shop maintenance department.
•Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance & Routine maintenance
•Attending daily meetings with team member to achieve their goals by reducing the breakdowns.
•Continuous improvement for the repeated breakdown.
•Developing projects and implementation on the machine to improve OEE.
•Carrying out TPM activities and their documentation regularly.
•Carrying out breakdown maintenance and their root cause analysis.
•Preparation of spare parts reservation for store and breakdown entry through SAP.
•Carrying out 5’S activities and their documentation.
•Job safety analysis for ensuring operational safety.
•Doing daily WHY-WHY and root cause analysis to improve MTBF and their documentation.
•To maintain MTTR below 1hr and MTBF above 30days.
•Spare parts management to optimize availability of spare parts.
•Planning of spares and its indent rising to purchase department.
•Coordinating with purchase department and accounts department.
•Maintaining document for Red tag status and their clearance.
•Carrying out Kaizen activity and their documentation.
•Reviewing and maintaining ISO/TS 16949 documentation for the department.
Utility Maintenance
•Operating & maintenance of 500/500/125 KVA DG sets.
•Operating & maintenance of 110/110/79 CFM) Compressors (Ingersoll-Rand).
•Operating & maintenance of 11000/415v Switchgears, (VCB, ACB) HT / LT Transformers
