Preparation of Method statements, ITP and raising Technical Query. Familiar with test packages, QA/QC Documentation and good knowledge of hydro test & Preparation of test Package.

Nature of jobs
•Controlling man power, material, & equipment.
•Fabrication and erection of piping and pipe support as per approved drawing.
•Read & understand isometric, plan and P&I.D drawing and proceeding work according to project specification and standard.
•Receiving material coordinate with vendor inspector for inspection
•Verification of spools as per ISO and material specification.
•Supervision & plane for the fabrication, erection, testing commissioning and other accessories.
•Coordinating with Q.C department for clearing pre- test punch list, line clearing from Clint
•Working as inspection coordinator for inspection & testing of equipment. Monitoring of production rate to be within project approved budget.
•To arrange spools for RT & painting requirement.
•Handling of all piping fabrication for large bore and small bore, along with erection, hydro testing & as-built for field rectification and co-ordinate with site QC.
•Coordinate with client and contractor for priority system and expediting the test pack as per schedule.
•Traceability of materials (Field & Shop) supports for system completion, coordinate with management as per site requirement.
•To provide all necessary input to the project and reporting system, including attending review meetings, maintaining the progress report for the discipline, liaising with the project planning engineer for progress planning, and preparing the discipline section of the monthly report.
•Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site piping work.

•Field survey- all discrepancies addition and modification on available drawing. Materials to be replaced or repaired. Size, types, ratings & materials as per the design specification.
•Prepare bill of quantities, bill of materials, stock no., rating, valve, spool, equipment’s list etc.
•Hydro testing inspection, Punch listing erected line & clearance.
•Pre-commissioning, Commissioning assistance.
•Installation, alignment of equipments. Pumps, exchangers, heaters, re-boilers.
