Providing campaigns reports date, site, creative, audience, category, city, country wise, monthly Campaign Wise P&L reports .
Responsible for both individual and corporate transactions of both cash and cheques in compliance with central bank approved procedures and guidelines.
•Have given full authority to process and authorize USD/GBP/EURO/CAD/AUD transactions of both individuals and corporate clients.
•Attending customers for making DD/telex transfer/electronic transfer/foreign currency buying and selling/Account opening etc.
•Processing credit or debit card transaction, and cash deposits to the banks.
•To answer customer complaints, branch detail enquiries, transaction enquiries, rate enquiries conversion, branch audit and compliance.
•Executing process such as Inward (IPO) and Outward payment orders (OPO), wire transfers, financial entries, etc.
•Keep the inventory of stocks and arrange cash deposits to transguard on prompt time.
•Processing and accepting payment for Airline Tickets, Credit Cards, DU Bill, Etisalat Bill, National bonds, etc.
•Give information to customers about different modes of transaction, rates for different transaction/prices, local promotions & activates and other info that provide valuable service to the customer.
•Comply Anti Money Laundering and Compliance policy and procedure.
Responsible for hotel room booking’s for the walk in customer’s and also via attending phone call.
•Giving information about the availability and best rates of the room.
•Handling corporate companies guest with coordination with sales team and maintaining files of the companies guest list.
•Calling to the person who is responsible for booking room’s for their companies guest and confirming their booking’s on the check in date.
Work in Reliance prepaid and postpaid Mobile Department.
•To receive calls from Customer’s, to answer their Queries, to solve their problems regarding call and SMS charges Wrongly Charged and Network problem’s by taking their Complaint’s.
