• Monitoring of action file messages and sends reply for all incoming messages.
• Inform passengers for the new updates with regard to missing bag.
• Attend calls and update passengers accordingly.
• Delivering bags to passenger once bag located in Doha.
• File all relevant docs and also maintain files with respect to baggage delivered.
• Acknowledging OCS messages and delivering OCS bags to QR mailing Dept.
