•Working as key user from College of Nursing on a web-based “Electronic Learning Management System (ELMS)”, to upload all the educational materials (i.e., lectures & related video movies, etc), and responsible for adding curriculums, schedules, assignments, etc., and generally responsible for overall communication with Nursing students using ELMS.
•Participating in the development of Nursing College and work in accordance to achieve its educational objective.
•Coordinating educational programs as needs are identified in quality monitoring and improvement programs.
• Directing the maintenance of department level education, and training program records, reports and resources.
Performed all the nursing responsibilities as charge nurse in various departments mainly in the labor room and general procedure room operated by surgery and its Allied Department for about two years.
•Participated in the development of Nursing Service Department and educational objective, policies and standards.
•Formulated a plan for the utilization of nursing education personnel and budgetary requirements needed for acquisition of materials to implement nursing education programs.
•Developed updates and coordinates the Nursing Services Educational programs and developmental activities for nursing service personnel and other health professionals.
•Conducted the evaluation of nursing education personnel to assure performance with nursing policies and procedures.
