General Responsibilities:
• Delivery: In the span of a year, I was able to deliver about 15 projects across various business
functions.
• Expanding our Power Platform Capability:
- Building power platform capabilities within DT team.
- Working on building a power platform COE in H2 2023.
- Training on power platform for DT team to have inhouse capabilities for existing and upcoming
project.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Led and mentored colleagues to achieve project objectives and
deliver the best app possible for the intended audience.
• Delivery: Worked on FTE delivery projects. This is part of a broader initiative to reduce licensing
costs from using standard RPA tools for our delivery projects.
• Agile Methodology: Applied Agile methodologies to drive project efficiency and collaboration.
• End to End Solution Approach: Involved in discussion with various stakeholders from the very
start of any project to drive the best possible solution forward within existing deadlines.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Digital Finance Initiative (DigiFi): Spearheaded the Digital Finance initiative, revitalizing our
existing applications and financial operations through modern solutions while ensuring
seamless integration with Microsoft Power Platform.
• UI Improvements: Keeping a User-first mantra, I have a improved the way we develop the User
Interface across our applications.
• Responsive Design: Development the capability to use applications in mobile (Android and IOS)
along with the user Desktop interface, optimizing user experiences.
• Data Modelling: Proficient in data modelling, enhancing data-driven decision-making
capabilities.

• SQL Integration with Power Platform: Integrated SQL with Power Platform for data
management, data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Leadership & Management: I was part of the Power Platform COE where I was responsible for
leading 12 different projects across the breadth of the Power Platform for several clients.
• Custom Connector Development: Created Custom Connectors for SharePoint API, Graph API,
and Azure Cognitive Services, expanding application functionality and data accessibility.
• Chatbot Deployment: Designed and deployed Chatbots for various requirements using Power
Virtual Agents, enhancing communication and automation across multiple channels (MS Teams,
Custom Websites, etc.).
• Dynamic Form Generator: Engineered a Dynamic Form Generator that streamlined data entry,
enabling data visualization in Power Apps while maintaining flexibility for diverse data points.
• Advanced Chatbot Solution: Leveraged Bot Composer, Graph API, and Azure Authentication to
develop an advanced Chatbot that enabled efficient document searching and retrieval while
ensuring data security.
