• Installation of Network Printer.
• Maintain user e-mail accounts.
• Configure and troubleshoot of Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
• Map network drives; Workstations, Network switches.
• Manage Active directory, Terminal Server, Group policy, ISA Server,
• Install DHCP server network infrastructure.
• Configuration of DFS.
• Basic knowledge in Antivirus server, SQL Server.
• VMware and Microsoft virtual pc.
• Configuration of wireless Access point.
• Strong troubleshooting in Desktop/Server Environment & Network Environment.
