Project: Expo2020, Delivery, Installation & Removal of Finishing Panels, Look & Way Finding Signages.
Responsibilities:
* Controlling a team of 5 professionals.
Manage & Coordinate P6 baseline programs, updating approved programs, Developing and updating Weekly and Monthly KPI targets, Resource histograms with onsite scheduling Team.
Developing & Analyzing Delay Claims in accordance with SCL protocol, Forensic Planning using windows analysis. Time Impact analysis with ‘actual vs impacted as plan’. Maintaining & controlling data for concurrent delays. Establishing concurrencies in the delays. Analyzing Time & Cost claims and timely issuance of delay Letters and Delay Events with respect to site issues and client delays.
Close monitoring of Weekly and monthly KPI’s and make periodic analysis of delays. Coordinating with project team working under in order to compile reports from all departments HSE, QA/QC, Resources, Materials production and delivery and issue weekly dash board reports to client.
Developing Recovery & Mitigated Programs as a measure to control delays
Developing & Analyzing cost control Measures in coordination with PM’s & Commercial Teams
Analyzing variation orders and claims in case of variations recommended by Client

4) Design and Built of 28 No of ADNOC Petrol Stations in Dubai

Responsibilities:
Reviewing/Approving and / or recommending baseline programs, Reviewing Contractor’s Weekly and Monthly Updates
Reviewing and analyzing Extension of Time (EOT) schedules submitted by Contractors as per SCL Protocol and give the recommendations to client (Window analysis, TIA methods).
Review and Response for Contractors Claim Letters and Delay Events. Review Contractor’s Monthly and weekly Progress reports.
Preparation of Minutes of Progress Meetings, Review the Contractor’s Weekly and monthly KPI’s and make periodic analysis of delays if any. Responsible for Daily, weekly and monthly reports to client.
Coordination with site team in order to validate quantum of site progress reported by contractor.
Reviewing and approving mitigated & recovery schedules submitted by contractors.
Generate 2 or 3 weeks Look Ahead based on updated programs and work front availability
