• Prepare key activity plan in line with dealership
• To assist dealer in closing fleet institutional and Governmental sales
• Conduct product shows, promotional activities, service campaigns
• To coordinate after sales service and motivate the service team to provide maximum support to end customers
• Performance evaluation of dealer sales force based on enquiry generation and target
• Coordination with finance companies for highest funding to retail customers
• Plan for production and market offers based on the market trend
• To oversee that the dealer sales force and service is fully trained and motivated
Key Responsibilities
To develop the Saudi market for Ashok Leyland Buses and Trucks
Prepare key activity plan in line with dealership
To assist dealer in closing fleet and Governmental sales
Pricing and new product development to suit the market
Conduct product shows, promotional activities, service campaigns
Provide maximum support for the dealer to close sales deals
To coordinate after sales service along, motivate the service team to provide maximum support to end customers, look after sales related issues, product lifecycle management etc...
Ensure proper parts availability in the market
Instrumental in setting up 2S facilities in Saudi Arabia.
Train and motivate dealer sales force
Performance evaluation of dealer sales force based on enquiry generation and target achievement
Coordination with finance companies for highest funding to retail customers
Collecting competitor’s information from the market
