Analysis customer environments and generating interest/sales in office 365. Process eventually to turn into SOP for sales lead generation. Determine most cost-effective licensing agreements dependent on client needs, plan and facilitate migration to new Office 365 plans. Planning, deployment, configuration, migration and operations of Office 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations. Manage and administer migration of all required customer business data to the cloud, leveraging a combination of cutover, staged and hybrid migration strategies for on premise. Successfully developed and migrated more than 30 client premises to Office 365. also migrate GSuite, Lotus Notes, Linux base mail system and Google Drive to Office 365. Provided System Administration for Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business online, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, EOP, ATP and all required technologies. Worked with Office 365 Tenant implementation with Azure AD Connect and troubleshot Directory Synchronization. MDM/Intune Management and Development and support also worked on conditional access. Performed PowerShell Scripts to automate processes and tasks. Troubleshoot/resolve escalated Help Desk issues relating to Office 365 and Knowledge transfer to Service Desk team (POC). Coordinated with Level 1 technical support specialists to take over customer call to ensure support service. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction to visit customer premises and remotely, also handle critical scenario through Microsoft Support Team. Assisted clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
