Process Starting, review documents and collect required information from the contract sections
Created Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Schedule (discipline base exp: civil, mechanical equipments, electrical, piping, etc.; phase and area base planning and control) and accordingly reports (weekly, monthly, etc)
Planning and Scheduling activities, Progress Control & Monitoring;
Control of Engineering and Construction plans and reports;
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all flow lines related projects;
Attending Client Interface Meetings and advising / controlling to Planning / Project control issues;
Provide and develop work plans for designing and implementing jobs with necessary information, and provide for the efficient scheduling, coordination, assignment and organization of work;
Develop and Prepare Planning and recourse information and performance reports as required;
Developed of Manning Level and provided sufficient information on Critical path of procurement materials;
