- Participate in design & feasibility workshops, working within a technical and/or functional team environment to gather requirements, prioritize objectives, and brainstorm alternative solutions.
- Working with Core NEs, IMS & CS Teams, different Business Units & Technology Teams, and OSS/BSS Applications to gather the business requirements for Mediation & Billing domain.
- Preparing High Level Design (HLD) Documents, and the H/W resources sizing.
- Perform an Impact Analysis on Mediation Solution based on the Business requirement to reach the optimal E2E solution.
- Working closely with Test team for preparing test cases and scenarios.
- Supporting Development, Testing and Operation teams for resolving any gap till the requirements delivery.
- Hands-on experience in analysis and design of Complex BSS GSM & Landline Transformation Projects and designing and maintaining Business Logic for different traffic files format generated from Network Elements.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts.
- Enhancing and developing internal process by creating multiple documents and participating in many of others like: (Deployment Instruction Document, Development Guide Checklist, Team KPIs, etc).
- Responsible for variety of tasks including Customer Facing, Implementation, Customization, Testing, Delivery and Operation Support.
- Implementing and enhancing STC process streams in EventLink7.
- Coding, Code review, Testing and final implementation of applications.
- Adjust and enhance the components functionalities to meet the customer requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues/defects submitted by different downstream systems such as: IN, RA, DWH and IRB against Comptel EventLink Streams.
- Maintaining Comptel EventLink Lookup Servers.
- Evaluation of technical requirements per each new package, supplementary service and promotion for consumers such as:
* Implementing new features/releases and defect fixing.
* Develop new required business functionalities using Java, C, PERL and Oracle/DB2 to meet the - required business for our customers.
* Applying best practices in the code to improve work efficiency.
* Preparing Functional Specification and implementation documents for new business modification requests.
