Planning out the travel itineraries. Provide best available travel quotes that ensure most cost effective route is booked.

Expertly use the appropriate travel tools and system to complete clients requests

Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client. 

Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, hotel bookings during flight connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents. 

Responds to requests accurately and completely

Queue the travel booking to International SOS. 

Inform client during flight cancellation and schedule changes. Provide them with alternate flight options on same routing. Yield

Provides the clients with the required industry information such as low fares, fare rules and penalties

Liaise with suppliers like airline, visa agent, hotel supplier and ensure to complete the task to deadlines

Creates good rapport with the client

Actively supports other team members within and across teams

Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing, issuing voucher, invoicing and updating the information on the internal tools and accounting system. 

Maintain an up-to-date database of all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc. to offer them personalized service.

Prepare Account statement by updating LPO details and ensure that all costs are correct and coordinate with Finance team to submit the statement on timely basiss.Prepare Travel Reports as and when required on excel spreadsheets. 

Receive and process client feedback on the level & quality of service offered by GLT and scope for improvement, if any

Adheres to company policies and procedures to maintain quality control.
