Key Result Areas:
Project Management
• Spearheading end-to-end project lifecycle involving project concept, design, budgeting, costing, planning, controlling, quality
and delivery
• Managing and ramping up projects from ‘conceptual stage-pre-construction activity’ to ‘project handover’ within the stipulated
time, cost and quality
• Maintaining perfect coordination with site engineers, subcontractors, civil team, consultants, and the client to clarify various
project-related issues for smooth project implementation
• Contacting the suppliers & negotiating best deals through price comparison to support procurement & cost-control initiatives
Construction Management
• Supervising all the MEP activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installation and coordinating for
site management activities with the personnel
• Ensuring 100% adherence to project policies & procedures and best practices of QHSE in the industry
• Identifying sources for achieving cost-effective purchase of raw materials/ equipment to minimize project cost
• Conducting regular visits to project sites to validate if the progress of work on-site complies with approved schedules & SOPs,
to ensure major milestones have been met and to report deficiencies, raising IR’s, RFI, and site memos
• Devising and formulating project delivery strategies; conducting risk analysis, value engineering analysis and facilitating inputs
at all stages
• Keeping track of MEP site activities as per the shop drawings, method statements, specifications & work plan
Health & Safety Environment
• Ensuring safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and
equipment needed for the projects
Technical Documentation
• Analyzing shop drawings, preparing the bill of quantity of materials, reviewing material submittal for projects
• Conducting & monitoring pump head calculation, ESP calculation, heat load calculation and ventilation calculation
• Preparing and reviewing monthly invoice & variation claims
Cross-functional Coordination
• Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors (BMS, Elevators, Window cleaning system and SNG)
& external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances
• Leading & mentoring the team with involvement in goal setting, performance feedback and career planning
• Arranging work inspection for the client & consultant, taking work measurements, and preparing running bills for
submissionto the client to ensure timely payments, clearing subcontractors' bills for remittance after due verifications
