Tier 2 support role.

My primary role was L1 Support and by the end of the working periode I could manage L2 incidents. worked in various roles time to time, where I got to work as a end to end user support, inventory management, setting up laptops and also provide remote support. I was also responsible for onboarding all Q22 users which is above 1500 users and setting up their IT equipments and also assisted on creating their accounts, setting up the Intune company portal for users who needs the access to fifa domain through mobile phones.

Three years of experience in IT consultant to clients and customers. I have worked on both hardware and software issues faced by client's, and also have experience in maintenance of desktop analysing, resolving complex problems /queries (both software and hardware). Handling large volume of calls and inquiries

Advising customer on products and promoting sales, IT support for customers and staff. Understanding customer requirements and and recommending suitable product. Conflict resolution-positive attitude at every situation to achieve a win-win situation. Merchandising- creativity towards lookout of the store handling difficult customer's.
