2.Project Name - Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) Site offices for Jeddah Stadium and Surrounding Villages Project
Scope of the work-Design, Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm System, FM-200 System and HVAC Systems)
Client - Jeddah Central Development Company (Main Contractor of this Project is Consortium of CRCC and SAMA, Engineering Field Company (EFCO) is a subsidiary of SAMA.
Duration- March 2024 to January 2025

3.Project Name - Labour Camp Accommodation for 4500 Manpower for Jeddah Stadium and Surrounding Villages project.
Scope of the Work-Design, Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm System for the prefabricated modular Accommodation buildings, Facilities and surroundings.
Main Contractor of this Project is Consortium of CRCC and SAMA, Engineering Field Company (EFCO) is a subsidiary of SAMA.
Duration - February 2025-Present.

Designing, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Fire protection systems, Fire Alarm systems, Fire suppression systems.
Managing project budgets and costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and timelines
Risk Assessment: Perform fire risk assessments and hazard analysis for buildings and facilities, identifying potential hazards and proposing mitigation strategies.
Developed work breakdown structure and determining major milestones for control and integrity of work defined by the contract

Reviews fire safety designs, ensuring they meet project requirements, safety standards, and client expectations. Led the Installation, Testing and commissioning of fire protection systems, fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems. Conducting fire protection surveys, Making fire risk analysis. Maintaining detailed documentation of fire life safety systems, designs, and testing results. Collaborate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to obtain necessary permits and approvals for fire and life safety systems. Analyze project requirements, building plans, and specifications to determine appropriate fire and life safety system. prioritized tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Developed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.

I am assigned as project Engineer for the commercial, industrial Projects and my overall responsibilities include manage resources, prepare project reports and support the Project Manager to manage the budget and deliverables schedule .I closely associated with project stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and stakeholder register is updated periodically.
Actively participated the revision of drawings, specifications and calculations with the stakeholder
Successfully implemented commercial, residential and petrochemical projects includes fire fighting systems and fire alarm systems.
collaborated with Project Manager and team members to develop efficient strategies to complete project in timely manner.

The installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems, fire suppression systems (FM-200 systems), and fire alarm systems were carried out for the AL Tayseer Project (commercial towers in Makkah) and the Haramin Metro Station Project (Saabar, Rabigh). This included the preparation of RFIs (Requests for Inspection) and coordination with consultants for inspections, as well as the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material requisitions for the procurement department. Ensuring that all required materials were available and recorded in the store was a key part of the process. Material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments were also prepared and submitted to the client for approval. In addition to these tasks, the preparation of as-built drawings, reflecting the actual site installation, was carried out to ensure accurate documentation of the final systems. During the commissioning phase, I led the testing and commissioning activities of the fire protection, suppression, and alarm systems, ensuring they met all required standards and specifications. Comprehensive documentation of the testing and commissioning results was prepared to maintain compliance and transparency with the client.

Projects Management more than Two Projects at a time, Management of Site Engineers and a team of Supervisors, Foreman, Technicians, Helpers etc, Project Bidding, Project Planning, Material Arrangement, Tools Management, Subcontractor Management and their Payment settle .Supervision of all site Activities of Fire Fighting ( Sprinkler, Fire Hose Cabinet, Hydrant, FM 200, Extinguishers etc ) and Fire Alarm systems (Conduit For Fire Alarm Cables, Flexible, G.I, EMT, ) and Fire Alarm devices Fixing ) and Coordination of Programming Team for the Executed Sites etc .
