I am working with zong as customer service officer its mean i am a bridge between and customer. My assignment to resolve all issues and anwer all customer queries regarding package and services and esclate to managers and concern department for resolution anf more. And also get sells from customers and generate revenue.
I did work here as accountant and assignments were to maintain daily and monthy and yearly accounts and summarising all the record and report to head quarter on daily basis. I also work jete as a cashier and i know about different countries currency notes and cointing methods and i also did eork there as front line officer to deal with customers.
I completed my fourteen year education from Pakistan and my major subjects were accounts and finance.
