Keep tracking and checking of the organization inventory and assets in an inventory package.
Check and review the financial documents and sees that all financial transactions are sufficiently supported.
Preparation of financial reports both on monthly and weekly basis to Main office in Kabul.
Collating, checking and analyzing finance data.
Monitoring the cargo movement through the tracking system.
Ensuring that assets are safeguarded and recorded.
Checking custom clearance invoices.
POD analysis.
Maintaining Brokers record & Books of accounts.
Handle the cash receipts & payment records.
Keep recording of the expenditure data.
Preparing salary sheet and monthly closing sheet.
Help the day-to-day functioning of the sections.
Any other job related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
