Material receiving inspection for Umbilical and accessories
•Inspection for the Installation of Umbilical, J-tube seal, Bend restrictor, Uraduct and Flying leads
•Inspection for Umbilical cable glanding and termination, Hydraulic hose connection etc.
•Witness for the Pre and Post testing of umbilical(Both Cable and Hydraulic hose)
•Witness for the SAT for Hydraulic power unit.
•Witness for the Integration functional test for the Subsea valve (Hydraulic operated)
•Inspection for the galvanic anode installation in different Flexible flow lines

•Familiar and experienced with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
•Involved in reviewing ITP, QCP and method of statements.
•Reviewing the Contractor and Sub contractor Inspection and test plan, Inspection checklist, Material certificates, Vendor/Manufacturer documents, Method of statements, Energization package, Solo run package, Loop folder and other Pre-commissioning documents.
•Preparation of ITP and inspection checklist based on the project scope, Specification and client requirement.
•Preparation of two-week look-ahead schedule, Maintaining of Calibration log, RFI log and LBE log.
•Providing contractor reply to the Company LBE/Pro-active notification.
•Be a part of Hand-over documents preparation.
•Conduct daily surveillance to monitor the construction activities, provide the necessary quality supports and issue the proactive notification and Internal NCR to execute the project as per the IFC drawing, project specification and Company/International standards.
•Follow up and close out the INCR and standard violation with proper documentation.
• Provided relevant quality supports during weekly quality meeting and Project meeting.
•Identify and eliminate the cause of non-conformities, develop and implement plans and program to train construction team in lean techniques and best practices. Analyze the non-conformities and establish prevention measures for all phase of construction activities.
•Attending walkthrough with client to show the progress at an abstract level in each system/sub system

Job Descriptions:
•Daily surveillance inspection in the construction area and lay-down with client inspector and make sure works are carrying as per the project specification and drawing, If not Initiate negative finding(NCR) .
•Verifying the all commissioning procedure and implementation of the same.
•Mitigation of SABIC flows (Something which result delay in project or injury during commissioning activities in previous major projects) by the proper verification and implementation of MOS and Energisation procedure.

•Witness for the SAT testing of Power transformer, MV and LV switchgear, UPS and Battery banks and other LV panels
•Witness for the Motor solo run test, Functional test for LCS, Grounding test etc.
•Preparation of quality control procedure, ITP, Method of statement, Energization package and assist the preparation of Dossier

Responsible for the installation and commissioning of 34.5 KV substation equipment’s, Transformers, MV and LV motors, UPS and Battery, LV and MV cables, Lighting and Receptacles, Grounding and lightning arrestors, Fire alarm and HVAV instruments, Building telecom equipment’s, Heat tracing, Cathodic protection etc

Maintenance of plant electrical equipment’s motors and instruments.
•Over hauling and testing of MV and LV motors.
•Installation of radar level transmitter, Tank gauging system, Field bus and FOC cables, Automatic damper control system, Chimney monitoring system etc.
•To create PM, CM work orders and weekly schedule by using the CMMS software.
•To create shutdown work order to the different department/contractors and coordinate for the proper execution of the work.
•Identify requirement for manpower / material / support services in concurrence with area maintenance
•Schedule the shutdown work by using the MS project and closely coordinate with contractors, operation and maintenance department.
•Conduct site visits with maintenance supervisors and maintenance engineers / specialist to analyze the job required and identify the activities.
•To conduct daily planning meeting with Operations and maintenance and agree on the schedule of the new notifications raised and update the progress of ongoing jobs on daily basis.
•To prepare the daily updating of the work during the shutdown.
•To prepare the materials for the shutdown work by coordinating with maintenance and Engineering.
•To track the material availability in the warehouse by using SAP network and to make purchase order for the required material.
•To create MIR for the responsible department/contractor.
•Issue “Material Return Request form” for excess materials after completion of job.
•Coordinate and follow up with all material and service groups for Plant / Unit / Major Equipment shutdown occurred or expected in near future.
•Closing of all the work order created and to ensure it has added all the inspection details for the history of equipment.
•Coordinate with the contractors for the Final preparation of shutdown report.
•Responsible for preparing overall project schedule by using MS project.
•Responsible for the preparation of weekly required project materials.
•Responsible for the daily updating of project completion in different field.
•Responsible for the preparation of daily project expense.
•Responsible for the submitting the daily updating to client
