Administration:
✓ Developing and administering human resources plans and

HRMS:
✓ Key contributor to the development and implementation of
HRMS system and the analysis of business requirements.
✓ HRMS system improvements/ enhancements/ upgrades in
coordination with IT.
✓ Provides functional input to the technical team for data
conversions, system extract and other custom designing
processes.
✓ Prepares and provides relevant MIS reports covering Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring of
HR Dept.
✓ Maintains and updates the database on Organization structure
and positions, using the company hierarchy and on a need,
basis corrects reporting lines and levels.

✓ Design and enhancement of HR and Management dash

✓ Compiles the operational manning guide in co-ordination with
GM.
✓ Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies
and procedures.
✓ Assists in the development and implementation of Human
Resources policies and procedures complies with Country’s
Labor Laws.
✓ Prepares the policies on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Hiring Practices, Promotions and Transfers.
✓ Revising, and recommending personnel policies and
procedures.
✓ Design and develop new HR forms, Templates, Procedures
including the drive to standardization across the business.
✓ Communicates with departments/subsidiary companies on the
changes in the policies.
Employee Relation:
✓ Counseling of employees in personal and professional matters.
✓ Assist employees on the process of family visa, driving license
and other legal certification.
✓ Organize, supervise and maintenance of staff accommodation.
✓ Regular inspection tours. Sees that repair and Improvement
work is carried out.
✓ Organizes social- and leisure activities in co-ordination with
Department Heads for the personnel.
Recruitment:
✓ Develop and implement suitable sourcing and recruitment
strategies.
✓ Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including
writing and placing job ads.
✓ Updates the vacant positions on company career page and
social media to attract the talent.
✓ Manage and update the company page on LinkedIn with
events within the company as a part of employer branding and
increase the followers.
✓ Recruiting in co-ordination with the various Department
Heads.
✓ Liaoning with recruitment agencies in various countries for
Mass manpower requirement for the new projects.
✓ Scrutinizes recruitment agency’s agreement, terms & condition
and negotiate for the cost-effective recruitment.
✓ Stays Up to date with pre-onboarding process of candidates
from various countries for the documentation and visa
process.
✓ Attends recruitment trip for mass recruitment and coordinate
with overseas recruitment agencies.
✓ Attends LinkedIn & Bayt.com annual meetings.
✓ Ensures proper job descriptions are available for all functions,
continuously adapts them in co-ordination with relevant
Supervisors to operational requirements.
✓ Compiles the operational staffing schedule / manning guide in
co-ordination with DHR.

✓ Conducts Exit Interviews with all resigned employees to
establish reason patterns for resignation.
