Maintain existing and obtain new larger corporate, government, commercial customers.
Assure the customer engagement and satisfaction by proper needs assessment, timely response and efficient handling of the business opportunity.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to division sales growth. Plan weekly/monthly customer visitation plans in coordination of next line manager.
Maintain up-to-date sales funnel records, evaluate & respond periodically the upcoming sales opportunities.
Gather and report the market intelligence based on real activity. Follow Division guidelines and responsible in achieving the allocated monthly sales target per period.
Recommend adequate stock availability. Maintain the Visibility as per demand and expected orders.
Be available to customers, approach and maintain good relations with assigned territory customers/accounts.
Interfacing with Customers, share company profile and strength, establish relations, Do the customer needs assessment, Present the strengths of products and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date sales and communicates the demands. Liaises with the back office, services and logistics function to ensure delivery & installation as per customer satisfaction debt recovery etc. Responsible customer relation management, sales growth and expansion.
Up to date product/solution knowledge, Market trends, Customers’ demands assessment, Competition activity, strengths/weaknesses and how to counter analysis and recommendations
• Creative thinking and influence the customized offering, explore further ways to deepen customer relation and vertical/ horizontal sales.
• Increase prospects, follow up the opportunities, study and deepen the customer relationship
• Prioritize key strategic customers, engage senior/relevant expertise for complex deals.
• Maintain up to date customer data base and share with department periodical progress.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth and collaboration with marketing department.
•Attending network activities to research and connect with prospective clients
•Negotiating with clients to secure them with attractive price.
•To overview the sales target and to deal the finance and marketing department.
•Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning.
