Preparing Design and Workshop Drawings for Heating, Ventilating & Air-conditioning (HVAC), Chilled water, and MEP coordination layouts including Plant room details. Elevations and Sections according to the design/consultants drawings.
•Collaborate and Coordinate with BIM team and other disciplines design changes and model changes.

•Sizing the Mechanical system for tendering purposes based on the Concept design for Client Requirements.
•Preparation of Builder Works Drawings.
• Preparation of MEP Coordination Drawings.
•Preparation of External Utilities Sewer, Storm, Potable & Fire Water Networks Layouts & detailed drawing.
•Ensure the qualities of the drawings are as per the company BIM/CAD Standards.
•Co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines on all aspects during the development of shop drawings to ensure confirmation of design with requirement carryout.
•Coordinate technical discipline BIM Development, standard, data requirement, etc. as required with the design team BIM manager.
•Assist with BIM Project setup including template information library creation and workflow analysis throughout various technology’s
•Check Clash Detection to all MEP Service using Interference check.
I have qualified Certificates in ITI (NCVT) in Draughtsman & Diploma in AutoCAD. And I have 10 years experience in commercial buildings, Pharmaceutical, Clean Room and other Industrial & Institutional projects in national and international area. Prepared energy audit report and recommendation. Experienced in building design for better comfort & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) as per ASHRAE.
