Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking and Preparing complete substation drawings including Coordination drawing & Equipment’s layout.
Checking all concrete and structural steel shop drawings & issue for construction as per IFC drawings..
Site inspection for rebar arrangements and construction supervision on weekly basis.
Preparing precast drawings and inspect the precast elements as per shop drawings.
Preparation of essential Services like Water supply, Drainage system, Electrical layouts, Fire Trench layouts.
Coordinating /checking of team members placing drawings, Bar bending schedules, Listings, etc.
Coordinate with the standards & procedures of DEWA, FEWA for 132/11kV cable routes.
Co‑ordination and checking drawings in connection with Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Mechanical.
Well Experienced with all As‑Built, Red Mark‑ups, for the final handing over for clearance.
Work closely with all departments to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.
Able to work independently for checking and complete substation drawings as per design drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Give a hand with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.
Receiving Projects from Clients, Preparing RFI, Queries & Project Planning, Group Discussion to ensure quality and consistency over the drawings.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding all aspects of the detailing.
Coordinating /checking of team Members Rebar Placing Drawings, Bar Bending Schedules, Listings, etc. of different Concrete Elements CRSI, ACI, BS Standards.
Coordinating /communicating with Project Managers, Raising RFI’s & Drawing Schedule.
Site investigation of concrete and structural steel as per the design drawings on weekly basis.
Detailing / Estimation of R.C.C Details for foundations using CADS‑RC & Rebar CAD
Communicate the rebar drawings with Site engineer, Contractors and structural engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to working with different regions (Ambassador, Barker, Harris).
Prepare shop drawings using customer structural, architectural drawings, specifications and
information’s.
Update bar bending schedule, Special bar, Sections and releasing the material.
Submit the revised drawings as per Engineer comments, Contractor request depending on site, RFI’s
Submit the change order as per revision.
Submit the shop drawings FOR APPROVAL as per customer schedule with o% error.
Prepare detailed lists of material for shop fabrication or pour sequence or maximum truck load.
Give a hand with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems
Communicate with customer project manager about queries, RFI’s, Submission schedule & Issues.
Co‑ordinate with detailers and checking.
Responsible for customer satisfaction at all levels, Skype calls and meetings.

Prepare Rebar shop drawings independently with quality and time.
Material takes off from drawings (ASA & shear 97 format).
Checking for junior level detailer’s drawings.
Communicate with team members on daily basis regarding all aspects of the detailing.
Assisting in preparation of project documentation.
Practical and good knowledge of rebar drawings as per codes and standards
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising skilled and unskilled workers assigned in project in order to comply with project plan
Coordinating project material and equipment requirements as per the project schedule.
Overseeing the daily/weekly manpower schedule as per the project requirements.
Supervising assigned project within the approved budgets and timelines to meet project requirements.
Follow‑up with suppliers for delivery of materials and services.
Preparing Structural and Architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Experienced in AutoCAD 2d for civil work, Site work, Landscape drawings, Building Plans.
