Job Responsibility:
•Installing and configuring Windows 2012 server.
•Ability to implement Active Directory Domain Service and its components.
•Installing and configuring DHCP and DNS
•Installing configuring WDS.
•Installing and configuring VPN.
•Configuring group policy security level& software installation
•Installation and re-configuration of network equipments, servers and online assets.
•Configuring windows Backup.
•Implementation & troubleshooting of LAN, WAN.
•Managing VLAN’s and install, configure, backup and maintain network equipment and devices.
•Installing and troubleshooting operating Systems and software

• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
• Profile Data (Mail, Desktop and Documents) Backup and Restore Skills
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Operation Life Cycle.
• Configuration of mail clients (outlook express and MS Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013).
• Outlook Version 2007, 2010, 2013 Troubleshooting Skills.
• Installing and updating Anti-Virus.
• Basic Software Installation (sql Server, Visual studio, Ms. office).
• supporting for all Hardware issues of laptops and Desktops.
• Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Shared Folders and Printers.
• Installation and Configuration of Printers and Scanners.
• Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues, and communicating with
• Third party technical specialists
• configuring and managing backup & restore procedures
• System Maintenance, upgrading of Hardware components, and Trouble shooting.
• Configure Software to connect to Internet application servers
• Installing and configuring all Types of Access Points.
• Knowledge in LAN, Ethernet and Cabling Standards.
