1. Prepare sales contract with overseas buyers once orders confirmed. Then go to bank lien the contract.
2. Understand all the payment terms, T/T, LC, FDD, pay order, and know how to handle.
3. Prepare all documents for import shipments ( liened contract, BGMEA NOC, applying UD) according to import shipment schedule. In this regard, he must understand import and export procedures.
4. Make planning of shipment receiving and ensure all cargoes could arrive factory in time. Regularly report to production planning section status of the shipment.
5. Make bookings with forwarder for export shipments as per export schedule.
6. Make export documents such as invoice, packing list, EXP form and so on...
7. Contact with C&F to arrange cover van for shipment delivery.
