• Lot E8, E9 & E10 (Emaar Square) project (SAR 150 Million) consisting of three midrise office buildings with common basement parking and associated soft and hard landscape works in King Abdullah Road, Jeddah, KSA.
• Lot E3 project (SAR 250 Million) consisting of 305 apartments in 3 towers with common podium retail space and basement car parking in King Abdullah Road, Jeddah, KSA
• Lot E5 project (SAR 334 Million) consisting of 308 apartments in 3 towers with common podium retail space and basement car parking in King Abdullah Road, Jeddah, KSA
