• Led the architectural design, construction coordination, and technical documentation for multiple residential,
commercial, and recreational developments within Bahria Town.
• Managed the architectural coordination, construction documentation, and compliance with building
regulations for the Phase 1 construction of the Safari Castle Apartment Building, a 10-storey residential
development with two basement levels, a site area of 5, 887 sq.m. and a gross floor area of 17, 650 sq.m.
Prepared, reviewed, and issued architectural working drawings, coordinated with Structural and MEP
disciplines to resolve design clashes, conducted weekly site inspections, and provided technical support to
ensure smooth construction execution.
• Developed the concept design and detailed architectural drawings for the Bahria Golf Club Entrance Gate and
Golf Driving Range at Bahria Garden City, Phase 7, Islamabad, while coordinating with structural engineers
and supporting preliminary project cost estimation.
• Designed and supervised the on-site execution of the Safari Hospital Connection Bridge at Bahria Town Phase
2, Islamabad, from concept development through construction.
• Coordinated the architectural design development and construction process for Villa No. 219, Bahria Spring
North, ensuring seamless communication between the design office and site teamto resolve technical issues
during construction.
• Ensured compliance with local building regulations, Bahria Town development standards, and project
specifications while monitoring project progress and resolving on-site technical issues.

• Successfully delivered 20+ residential and 5+ commercial developments across Pakistan, managing projects
from client consultation and concept design through design development, construction documentation, and
site execution. Prepared complete architectural drawing packages, coordinated with Structural and MEP
disciplines, conducted site inspections, resolved construction-related technical issues, and ensured high-quality
project delivery in accordance with design intent and project specifications.
• Designed and developed the Residential Classical Building, an international residential project in Yemen,
comprising Ground + 3 floors, with a site area of 490 sq.m. and a gross floor area of 895 sq.m. Developed the
architectural concept design, 3D BIM model, and complete construction documentation in Revit, including
architectural plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and construction details. Ensured technical
accuracy and coordinated the design throughout the design development and documentation phases.

● Delivered 15+ commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and high-rise residential projects ranging from G+5 to 18 storeys, managing projects from client consultation and concept design through design development, construction documentation, and construction support. ● Developed the master plan and conceptual design for Arabian City Islamabad, a 500-kanal mixed-use urban development comprising commercial, residential, and high-rise districts.
