1.Preparation and reviewing of Welding Procedure specifications, preparation and reviewing of PQRs documents under different Construction and Welding Codes requirements (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2, ASME IX, AWS D1.1) and project specifications
2. Inspection of all type of equipments and Heavy Equipments with all Types of international relevant standards and codes.
3.Inspection assembly and welding of Structural Steel, piping fabrication and erection, underground pipelines, Vertical storage tanks.
4.Witnessing all type of mechanical test like Bend, Hardness, fatigue, Micro - Macro.
• Monitoring the installation of Pumps, Valves, Motors, Turbines, etc.
• Designed and performed corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems and structures at customer site.
• Technically analyse various equipment failures, decide corrective actions and discuss with Technical Support Engineers and supervises implementation of repair procedures
• Monitoring and inspection according to the agreed method statement, inspection test plan (ITP), quality control procedure (QCP), in compliance with the latest drawing
• Assisting pre commission team of Client.
• Responsible include development and maintenance of standard documents and drawings formats, supervising of equipment & piping erection works schedule.
• Co ordination between management and client, Owner of project with the responsible of executing all works in the plant.
• Conducting Hydro test on pipes, valves and monitoring flushing and cleaning on tested spools.
• Progress monitoring and maintaining all resources to meet the us and near future activities during weekly coordination meeting
• Periodic calibration of all quality connected documents and preparation
• Evaluated maintenance records of mechanical equipment on a regular basis and ensured that equipment were effectively.
• Conducts plant equipment inspection both rotating and static during major shutdown for immediate attention and action.
• Responsible in monitoring of the health condition of plant equipment.
• Assigned the responsibilities of assisting senior engineers in investigation of equipment failures and in troubleshooting the cause of failure
• Checking and testing rotating equipment to ensure that rotating equipment meets operational standards
• Dismantle, revamp and erection work of crude desalters & tray installation of columns.
• Witness installation, commissioning and startup of plant specific equipment’s and reporting the results.
• Worked in centrifugal pumps, reciprocating and Rotary pumps in various capacities and different working temperatures.
• Installation of static and rotary equipments according to the P&ID
• Servicing, pressure testing and parts changing of various types of valves such as Gate valve, Globe valve, Ball Valve, Needle valve, butterfly valve, Safety relief valve, pressure relief valves
• Documented all repair and maintenance work performed on equipment.
• Updates and maintain equipment history records, drawing & technical ref. Materials, P&ID.
• Impeller removing from the casing for cleaning. Dismantling and assembling of diaphragms. Bearing inspection and rotor centring.
• Servicing of suction and discharge valves.
• Witness hydro & pneumatic testing.
• Work as per safety rules and regulation
• Preparation of all records and weekly progress reports related to work
