• Master in Microbiology with 10+ years of experience in the field of microbiology in which around 8+ years of rich experience in Food Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food safety, Laboratory Operations, Improvement and set up.
• Well versed with HACCP, GMP, ISO and SOP's.
• Well versed with all the microbiological test methods using in the quality control of food, water and environment. Highly trained on the calibration and maintenance of microbiology laboratory equipment’s.
•  Standard plate count analysis, salmonella detection, E.coli and Fecal coliform analysis. Coliform analysis, campylobacter analysis, thermophilic and mesophilic spore analysis, bacillus cereus, Air quality measurement etc.
