Manage the warehouse overall activities and achieve the KPIs. In the
day to day operations and work in partnership with logistics, tender,
quality, and regulatory authorities’ results increase the productivity of
the warehouse. By actively implementing the FEFO/FIFO helps to
control the expiry of medicines and thus maintain customer
satisfaction. Since maintaining the required documents and certificates
as per the SOP and MOH guidelines, make sure the operations are in
line which helps to ensure the performance in compliance
concerning GDP/GMP. Knowledge in inventory management and
customs clearance helps in planning the warehouse space utilization
for the optimum outcome. Gave proper training in handling wide range
of cold chain products includes -80o
C to 25o
C regarding the local
shipment as well as re-export. Responsible for the QA activities such
as to prepare and revise the relevant SOPs and initiating change
control, deviation, CAPA, etc.
