Duties and Responsibilities: Working in Accounts, Finance, Budget and Costing
operations.
- Collaborate with senior staff and departmental heads for Data gathering for Budget preparation.
- Developing organizational budget with all supportive data within deadlines.
- Consolidating the organizational budget for review
- Monitoring spending and keeping the organization within its set budget
- Approving & rejecting on expenditure requests from various departments through software

- Monthly Financial Reporting including statements of Profit and loss account, Statement of Financial
position, Statements of cash flow & Other MIS.
- Consolidation of Financial statements to Group financial statemen

process improvements and cost savings.
- Consolidation of Financial statements to Group financial statement.
- Supervision of All Accounting process and Ensure the compliance.
- Fund management by preparing Forecasted fund flow statement and ensure smooth flow of
business process.
- Preparation of Sector wise Financial statements by using cost & profit center basis.
- Expert in Budget preparation by proper forecasting.
- Aging analysis of Receivables, Payables & its proper management.
- Supervision and approval of Payroll and Employees settlement process.
- Preparation of cost sheets for all Products monthly basis and fixing proper price.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Accruals, Provisions& Prepayments Schedules.
- Preparations of Fixed Asset and Depreciation Register.
- Expert in monthly variance analysis, cost analysis.
- Expert in various tax compliances (Corporate tax, contract reporting & Withholding tax )
- Preparations of various customized reports for higher level managers for decision making.
- Monthly Analysis of financial statements and report management on Deviations from Budget.
- Monthly analyzing trends in Revenues and Expenditure and take actions for continuous
improvements
