•Prepare project CAPEX and OPEX
•Develop specific and strategic short and long term plans and programs, that align with the company business objectives.
•Liase with the Financial institutions and Local authorities for the project approvals
•Appoint the design Consultants.
•Liase with Design Consultant for the design issue to obtain optimum design.
•Participate in formulating and administrating the quality standards and procedures, with the management to ensure the best quality product for the end user.
•Reviewing the financial performance of the project, analyze reports and prepare recommendations to the clients with procedural improvements, analyze actual and forecast budgets, and report on variance to the projects on timely manner.
•Perform full range of managerial responsibilities, which may include, but not limited to interviewing, hiring main contractors, sub -contractors. Further make necessary planning, assigning and directing the works.
•Active participation in selection, negotiation and finalization of vendors for the project
• Active involvement in reviewing technical specifications, design drawings, Bill of quantities, Specialist contractor/Fit out contractor nominations and other contractual requirements.
• Liase with authority for any project related approvals or exemption approvals.
• Effectively tracking and monitoring the resources mobilization of the contractor to ensure timely completion of the project as per the approved works program.
• Prepare the project costing sheet on every intervals and discuss with client for its approvals.
