Job Description

 Handling the issues of the customer by studying their case and rectifying it on time basis
 Keeping a healthy relation with the customer and notify them about the new product and system (Add-on service) that bank had brought to make things easier.
 Follow up with each section in processing the products and ensuring in delivering it on time.
 Ensuring the branch is keeping the standard of customer service lounge up to date with the products leaflets and visual advertising.
 Meeting the targets with the tools provided by the bank.
