Monitoring & Controlling the Projects of Fire Protection Systems at Oil & Petrochemical Construction business.
Developing project control plan of work scope definition, preliminary estimates, budgets, plans, schedules, scope change and resource requirement.
Tracking, Monitoring and regulating Project progress using project management tools i.e. EVM, schedule compression, S-curve, scatter diagram etc for initialization, planning, execution and closing process groups.
Developing and distributing the project performance reports to all the stakeholders.
Developing realistic plans to meet progressive targets/milestone on a project.
Developing and managing work performance information system highlighting resource allocation, schedules, location, existing/proposed workload.
Identifying the project risk and developing the risk response plan.
Verifying all work and deliverables are completed and accepted for project closing.
Preparation of planning techniques for the EPC Projects including Preliminaries, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction in Primavera with statistics in excel for monitoring.
Preparing the look-head work planned for the current and the upcoming period.
Generating the S-Curve using the primavera software and monitoring the planned and actual progress using spreadsheet.
Responsible for taking the overall Project progress based upon the total earned value of the weighted percent progress for all components contained in the Contract
Fully resource the schedule with labor and budget, tracking performance via earned value analysis and by monitoring tasks.
Costing and Budgeting of Projects for the successful completion of Projects on time.
Responsible for the project cost controls related to the various "down stream" construction projects in the plant facilities.
Preparation of Progress Invoices including additional claims, Variation Order, Change Order Request etc.
Planning, Scheduling & Tracking of Projects
Preparation of project budget & monitoring of actual costs against each discipline on cost code wise and preparation of financial status of the projects as well as Company.
Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment to the Projects.
Reviewing Project status report during each operational phase and report to the Management.
Costing and Planning of Projects for the successful completion of Projects on time.
Identify equipments to be overhauled & distribute manpower for task
Preparation of Planning Packages for the EPIC Projects including Preliminaries, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning in Primavera with statistics in excel for monitoring
Materials follow up with Procurement Department for the timely delivery and to reduce the lead time and to ensure that the same is inline with the approved materials.
Preparation of Progress Invoices including additional claims, Variation Order, Change Order Request etc during the execution of Projects.
Co-ordination with various departments like Engineering, Procurement (LP&FP) & Operations for the smooth functioning of the project.
Planning & logistics of resources (Manpower, Equipments, machineries) for the ongoing and upcoming projects and coordinate with Personnel Dept. for timely deployment.
Preparation of Cost Estimation for the Additional Works during the Project Execution.
Preparation of Cost Estimation for Sub Contract Work as well as Subcontract Work Order.
Allocation of Manpower, Equipments & consumables by discipline and arranging materials to meet the schedule of the Project.
