HVAC Responsibilities
 Study and analyze scope of work from contract drawings.
 Refer BOQ and specifications.
 Visit site to analyze existing services.
 Prepare Existing Services drawings if required.
 Prepare rerouting of ducting drawings if required.
 Prepare and submit materials (duct sheet, insulation, diffusers etc.) for approval.
 Prepare and submit the required documents for A/C unit approval from Consultant.
 Shop drawings preparation for ducted split unit, package unit, chillers.
 Making the design as per client requirements.
 Heat Load Calculations using HAP Software as per ASHRAE standards.
 Prepare duct Shop drawings as per SMACNA and submit for Consultant approval.
 Ensured that drawings were compatible with structure.
 Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve the design related issues.
 Always communicating with consultant and project manager and other discipline engineers.
 Coordínation with various disciplines/contractors to ensure construction quality and design compliance.
 Prepare Asbuilt drawings.
Plumbing Responsibilities
 Study and analyze scope of work from contract drawings.
 Refer BOQ and specifications.
 Visit site to analyze existing services.
 Prepare Existing Services drawings if required.
 Prepare rerouting drawings for manholes, if required.
 Prepare and submit materials (Pipes, fittings, fixtures etc.) for approval.
 Prepare shop drawings for drainage, water supply, as per client requirements.
 Submit Shop drawings for approval to the consultant.
 Rectify comments if occurred from consultant.
 Handover to site engineer for site installation after getting approval from consultant.
 Prepare as built drawings after installations done.
