Responsibilities:
• Monitor all company social media and forum accounts as well as customer reactions on outside social media channels.

Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities for a large services club that incorporates multiple restaurants, cafes and bars, entertainment including live music and gaming as well as 2 gyms.

• Instigated and negotiated a successful merger of two brands to save a room (and its players money) that was unable to meet its debts.

• Basic affiliate management as above in the similar role at Lock Poker.
• Creation of marketing materials for affiliates.
• Evaluation and restructuring of the affiliate program including both the visual and functional aspects.
• Participation in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Achievements:
• Achieved a $62, 567 turnaround in monthly profit in my affiliate group turning a $18, 559 monthly loss to a $43, 968 monthly profit in 10 months.
• Oversaw over $1 million in gross gaming through my affiliate group through those 10 months.
• Was the only staff member to hit bonus targets every single month of the life of our staff bonus program.
• Negotiated terms on a successful partnership with PokerNews.com which included a large promotion
culminating in 7 players from America winning trips to Melbourne for a live tournament where I also hosted the players.
Responsibilities:
• Writing original content for both websites and marketing materials including press releases.
• Monitor and maintain player forums & liaise personally with players.
• Host players at live events and act as media liaison for the brand at tournaments and conferences.
• Create concepts for and design print advertisements.
• Source and design all marketing merchandise.

Achievements:
• Wrote most of the early content for the Poker.com website some of which is live 7 years later such as the Poker Pro section.
• Created from the ground up a VIP store where players could purchase branded items with points earned from play. This included both the design of items as well as sourcing of items from both local & Chinese suppliers.
• Organised and hosted several live event trips for players including booking flights and accommodation and then
supporting players at the event in Crown Casino as well as organising excursions for the players away from the casino and acting as a 24/7 concierge for the players.

• Pre-press and print production for digital, offset, screen and large format printing.
• Correct provided artwork to meet printing requirements.
• Create new artwork for printing from client brief.
• Manipulate existing client art for new applications and printing formats.
• Produce negative film for screen and offset printing.
• Operate Roland large format print and cut machine.
• Manage digital data and client files.
• Liaise with walk in customers in both a sales and support function.
Currently halfway through my MBA looking to finish in January 2017.
