Work closely with the brands that are under the Lime portfolio and be the focal point of contact in the business.
Manage the company’s forecast and planning functions with respect to inventory levels, sell out’s and market demand.
Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines to ensure that Lime gets the best deal and pricing possible.
Manage a team of three whose job functions revolve around logistics and supply chain. Approve and monitor all purchase orders, expenses and shipping costs relating to brands and shipments.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Highlight and devise methods to clear aging stocks to reduce Lime’s liability and inventory levels.
Create plans which include pricing adjustments in order to achieve required outcomes such as increased sales or reduction of excess stock while managing margin and profits.
