RECRUITMENT:
* Sourcing, screening, interviewing.
* Ensuring that recruitment practices are compliant with recruitment policies,
procedures and legal requirement.
* Negotiate salary packages and preparing offer letters.
* Coordinating new candidate transfers, new visa applications, residency
renewals.
* Coordinating the on boarding of all local and overseas candidates.
* Preparing reports to keep management up to date on recruitment and
general HR activities.
* Manages office administrative requirements and files.
* Communicating with all employees, and responding to general enquiries
and to external candidates regarding potential employment.
* Maintains employee personal information and salary databases on Oracle
and Navision.
Provide regular updates, feedback and reports
* Prepare job offers and contracts.
* Coordinating with Government Relations Team on work visas and transfer process and issuance of
global visas.
* Coordinating on-boarding process including booking of air tickets, hotel reservations and other
