• Prepare duty rosters according to the forecast in order to ensure adequate manpower for operational needs, maintaining budgets and costs .
• Monitor the outlet’s revenue budget and maintain control of operational costs
• Evaluate staff performances of the team and initiate promotions or internal transfers.
• Train and monitor personal grooming standers in order to keep professional appearance .
• Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standers in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment as per ADFCA standard .
