1. Creating, Implementing and Maintaining the Safety Management System based on International Standards and the company Safety Policy and Principles.
2. Maintaining the company as a Safe work place based on the Procedures, by planning, Scheduling, and Conducting OH&S Risk Assessment, SHE Audits, Evacuation Drills and Trainings.
3. Managing the Safety related issues coming to the Safety Section of IS Department and reporting directly to the IS Manager.
4. Controlling the Contractors by periodic meeting and encouraging etc.,
1. Forming the Safety Committee with Operational and contractors to maintain best Safe practices and Safe work place. The committee reports to the Project Manager.
2. Conducting daily Safety walk down with Supervisor level employees / in charges and vanishing unsafe conditions.
3. Conducting daily and periodic trainings for the employees to avoid unsafe acts and to be away from unsafe conditions and controlling them.
4. Scaffolding inspections, Confined space Safety controls, Hot work and other working activities safety controls etc.,
