Flowserve, a leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow management products and services. Flowserve solutions help to move, control and protect the flow of materials in critical industries around the world.

Flowserve is recognized as a world leader in supplying pumps, valves, seals, automation, and services to the power, oil, gas, chemical, and other industries. The company develops and manufactures precision-engineered flow control products that help move, control and protect the flow of material in critical.

On my current role as Regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner with Flowserve Corporation, I am responsible for the below aspects:
• Support the Country Leaders and management team as a strategic partner.
• Provides HR partnership and consulting to the country leaders, managers and employees and educates them on available HR resources as appropriate.
• Guides and coaches managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues such as performance management and total rewards.
• Leading the integration of global programs & business strategies to maximize global and local business results on compliance with local regulations, clients, culture & workforce expectations.
• Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation and execution of core HR programs.
• Drives employee engagement for the country in partnership with the Country Leader.
• Leverages best practices and identifies opportunities for efficiencies.
• Partner with team members throughout the HR organization to communicate and educate on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines and issue logs for all HR programs.
• Efforts towards building more ethical and compliance culture within regional offices.
• Driving corporate initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement and Performance Culture.
• Leading a team HR professionals and Public / Government Relations staff.

• Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development Initiatives
Talent Acquisition: Manpower Planning, Pre & Post hire processes, mobilisation & on-boarding. Attracting talent through campus placements, Recruitment drives (Web based job portals, Walk-Ins & Job Fairs), Agency Management.
Talent Management: Managing company-wide Performance Management System (Success Factors). Assisting Managers in Staff Career & Succession Planning.
Talent Development: Conducting Training Need Analysis, In house & external training programs including workshops & Skill up-gradation programs, Learning & Development Initiatives through LMS system (SkillSoft), Encouraging participation in Industry related seminars for benchmarking best practices.

• Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Administration
Compensation: Monitor and survey the local market to insure company pay practices are competitive and appropriate within the company culture and philosophy, including managing competitive compensation reviews and analysis.
Benefits Administration: Administering a cost effective & attractive benefits program including Housing, Education Assistance, Transportation, Employee Group Life & Medical Insurance, Workmen compensation etc.
Payroll Administration & Annual Pay Review: Administering monthly payroll and annual pay reviews.

• HRMS / HRIS (Oracle) - Employee Database Management
Implemented and managing HRMS / HRIS (Oracle) system across MENA region.

• HR Policies & Procedures Development
Designed and developed Employee HR Handbook covering all HR guidelines and policies.

• Welfare, Rewards & Recognitions
Managing several sales incentives and bonus plans, Employee Long Service Awards.

Handling Employee Separations and Attrition Analyses
