Amazon Cloud Services (AWS):
•New workload management in AWS
•Determining the service limits for various AWS services.

Responsibilities and Technologies Handled:
Vmware Virtualization:
- Installation and Deployments of New VMs as per client requirement for Server build of 2003, 2008 servers
- Working on VMware ESX 4.0 for Creation on New Virtual Servers.
- Handling and Performing Virtual Servers Migrations, P2V
- Handling Issues Related to VM's Migrations, Deletion, Disk Expansions etc on ESX 4.0 for Production environments
- Responsible for physical installations as well as Light-Touch Installations of VM
- Performance tuning of VMware servers (CPU, Memory, Disk and Network Utilization)
Infrastructure Support:
- Incident handling for various server related issues for performance issues, disk space, server hung, server reboot for patch update, backup failure due to vss errors and shadow copy failures, analysis of unexpected reboot etc.,
- On-Call support for 3 NATCOs in Europe on critical server down alerts
- Initiating Hardware calls on array battery failure, failed HDD, etc for replacement of failed parts on servers and coordinating to respective regional Hands and Eyes team
