Role:
• Design and Project management for solar PV & thermal systems.
Market study, preparation of questionnaires and planning pre sale activities like tender responses for Solar thermal, Solar Photo voltaics, LED, Lighting Control
• Design Coordination with the manufacturers and vendors to come up with tailor made solutions for our clients
• Maintaining and developing responsible & flawless techno- commercial Interactions with our clients at all levels of their organization.
• Direct marketing, brand building and market penetration
• Preparing situation development report and implementing corrective actions
• Negotiating and defining the quality requirements within the stipulated budget with our vendors
• Profitably outsourcing some of the jobs to subcontractors and ensuring our focus on the core activities
• Making sure our customer requirements are met from concept to final product delivery

• Significantly contributed in acquiring the RINA/ CE Certification for Qua 32’
• Design and Manufacturing co-ordination for moulds for lamination.

• Conducting product selection, design, validation, tooling and estimation for Marine Fenders, Bearing pads, Pot Bearings, AV mountings, O-rings & Pipe seals.
• Designing Multicavity Injection and Compression Molds for Rubber and Thermoplastic Polyurethanes.
• Effectively worked in association with Bayer Material Science, Middle East to incorporate the wear resistance lining for mining and quarry equipments like screen decks, silos, conveyor belts.

• Team Member for developing Plant Layouts for Quarry projects, selecting the type of crushers, conveyors, feeders, vibrating screen decks, as per the output requirements of the quarry.
Notable Accomplishments;
• Demonstrated excellence in developing Track shoes for military vehicles using ether grade thermoplastic polyurethane.
• A new product design for corner guards (used for building protection) which simplified its production technique and increased its rate of production.
