Supervises a team of one Assistant Cost Controller, four Stores / Receiving Assistants and three Purchasing Officers/Assistants. • Accountable for overall performance of Purchasing, Receiving, Store and F&B Control. Update and revise Policies and Procedures of Store and Receiving Department to improve work flow and efficiency, in line with implementation of Inventory Management System over Manual System. Cost saving of approximately $6, 000 annually through E-Procurement (paperless requisition, purchases and issuing of stocks). To ensure better food cost management by establishing basic Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Procedures tools;
Establishes the Procurement Procedures and Policies with the operating departments for all purchased products and services. This is to ensure all purchases meet the specifications and requirements of the company
