• Produced JD's and supervised recruitment drives and related aspects for both permanent and temporary resources, ensuring budget adherence
• Implemented training and development plans and country specific employee guidelines
• Introduced web based recruitment and managed the tender and implementation of the system
• Conflict resolution; managed tribunals, redundancies, disciplinarians, terminations, and other HR requirements
• Worked with the legal department to draft legally compliant subcontractor and permanent staff contracts
• Set team objectives and KPI's and performed annual reviews
